Welcome to the world of "Crispy Duk" : an organic free range trio, incubated at Dimitris Cafe Bar in Manchester and hatched in Valencia, Spain where the band its first gigs in June 2004.

The band features the nine-year partnership of rhythm section duo Jeremy Sassoon (Keyboards) and Dave Walsh (Drums) together with mesmeric vocals of Jazz/ Gospel singer Paul Bentley.

The depth of understanding between these three musicians, with a sense of simply enjoying making music together, gives the band that intangible musical quality simply known as "vibe".
