So what is important to make a great party? Really you need a few elements. Lively people who want to enjoy themselves; a comfortable venue, a certain amount of alcohol! and a combination of a good band and DJ for the evening.

The band and the DJ work in unison to build the night to fever pitch. Carefully chosen tracks must be used and ordered, to exact the perfect amount of excitement in order for the crowd to be left wanting more by the end of proceedings. To be honest, there's no better feeling than having a crowd screaming for more at the end of a gig, and therefore it is the aim of the musicians to perform well to make a good night as well.

One of the things that we have discovered through our experience is never to have a set list. It doesn't work 100% of the time as you have to adapt and change what you're playing to suit the crowd. It may be that the crowd are older or younger than the one you played to last night and therefore it is important to play to their tastes.
